This update focuses on improving Dual Spectate Camera controls, especially for recording, streaming, and watching PvP fights more smoothly.

✨ Added

• Added Player POV Orbit Cam

  • New Dual Spectate setting
  • Automatically creates a third-person orbit-style camera while spectating a player
  • Keeps the camera focused around the spectated player’s current combat target when possible
  • Can follow the player they are looking at, attacking, being attacked by, or being targeted by
  • Smoothly rotates the camera instead of snapping instantly
  • Ignores invalid targets like the local player, dead players, spectators, and same-team players

• Added Dual Spectate Player Slot Locks

  • Player One and Player Two can now be locked individually
  • Locked slots are preserved when using autofill
  • Autofill can now find the best available partner for a locked player
  • Useful when you want to keep spectating one specific player while automatically pairing them with their opponent

• Added better Dual Spectate autofill feedback

  • Shows a clearer message when autofill fails because a locked player needs a valid partner

• Improved Dual Spectate Camera autofill

  • Autofill now respects locked Player One / Player Two slots
  • Better handles partially manual and partially automatic spectate pairs
  • Better chooses a valid partner when only one player slot is locked

• Improved spectator camera behavior

  • Added smoother camera rotation while orbiting a player POV
  • Better camera handling when entering or leaving the new orbit mode
  • Improved third-person spectator camera behavior for Dual Spectate usage

• Improved Dual Spectate settings UI

  • Added lock buttons beside the player fields
  • Added the new Player POV Orbit Cam toggle
  • Improved control over manual vs automatic spectate target selection

🎛️ Changed

• Updated mod version from 1.7 to 1.8
• Minecraft target remains 1.21.11
• Dual Spectate is now more useful for recording fights where you want one player to stay fixed while the other player is chosen automatically

🧩 Legions Client Note

Legions-specific features are continuing to move into the separate Legions Client project.

Atomics Client remains compatible with Legions Client, so players can use both together if they want general Atomics Client features plus Legions-specific tools.

This is a smaller focused update. It does not add a large amount of new general features, but it makes Dual Spectate much more flexible and smoother for watching PvP fights.
