I’ve completely redone the system to make it look even more like the 1.21.6 overlay

• Now the overlay is calculated using the player's head position. This fixes the bug where the overlay would disappear when the player is partially submerged in water or any other fluid

• Now the overlay uses a distance based system, depending on whether the player is near a direct source of rain, the overlay will increase or decrease its intensity as the player moves closer to or farther from the rain source

• Reduced the speed at which the overlay is applied for smoother transitions
