Added advancements Hirrar Armor and Hirrar Hide.
Hirrar Hide Boots now give an additional 5s speed boost when ran over an Ather Iunilana.
Fixed the bug using wich the player could gain speed from the Hirrar Hide Boots while running on a Block that isn't the Ather Dust and also get the speed buff.
