astraglossa

allow translation-like entries for non-translations. supports linking to other dictionary entries. dictionary entries scrollable, no longer permanently offscreen if enough elements in an entry. adds a modfest-themed tabslate, and actually includes the language datapack, hence the oversights/bugs just fixed now.

if any issues are present with the translations, please raise an issue on the tracker - any assistance improving them would be greatly appreciated! the included datapack is quite rough, but has at least a few more words than the example. :P
