I've backported all features and fixes from the latest 26.2 version to 1.21.11:

The sheep plushies now sit!
The cow and mooshroom plushies now sit!
Cleaned up and fixed the block registries. This should fix the "Can't place grass blocks bug!"
Added the cold and warm pig plushie variants.
The config now uses the optimized code!
Removed the recipe advancements. Please use a recipe viewer mod instead!
The hoglin and zoglin plushies now sit!
Dispensers can now bonemeal end stone to grow ender grass and snapdragons!
Backported the snowy slab fixes!
Backported every mixin fix!
