- New restorine_blacklist tag to prevent items from being repaired by Restorine.
- Fixed tool mining speed using the damage relic bonus instead of the haste relic bonus.
- Fixed durability relics giving a much larger boost than intended.
- Fixed relics not comparing NBT data in EMI - this should make it much easier to tell how to obtain a relic.
