• Fixed an issue where Infusion Smithing Templates did not show up in the Creative Menu or EMI
• Fixed Haste relic accidentally reducing attack speed and damage instead of increasing it
• Fixed an issue where disabled enchantments still worked, despite being disabled.
• Fixed several conditions where an XP orb could still spawn, like trading with villagers.
• Restorine Cluster and Massive Restorine Cluster now respect the Fortune and Silk Touch enchantments
• Recalculated the way that the Haste relic's mining speed bonus is applied, resulting in a mining speed increase depending on the tool.
• Fixed several other issues

I know 0.10 lacked new content, but now that its done 0.11 will have fun new enchantments.
