- New enchantments Blazebolt, Shattershot for Crossbows.
- Blazebolt: Changes ammo type to Blaze Rods which fire a piercing, incinerating beam.
- Shattershot: Changes ammo type to Amethyst Shards which fire a short-ranged blast of shrapnel that knocks enemies back and applies Sundered.
- New enchantment Singularity for Tridents
- Singularity: Summons a singularity on hit, dealing damage and pulling in nearby enemies after a slight delay.
- New enchantment Bashing for Shields.
- Bashing: While blocking press attack to charge forward and knock an enemy back.
- New enchantment Cushioning for Elytra.
- Cushioning: Reduces damage dealt by colliding with blocks and other surfaces.
- Books and Enchanted Books can now be enchanted at an Enchanting Table.
- Completely overhaul Restorine generation.
- No longer spawns in the Nether
- Now spawns between Y=0 and Y=64 in the Overworld with uniform distribution
- Now much easier to find, deposits should be larger
- Restorine now generates as fissures in the ground with crystals growing inward, rather than as spikes.
- New Restorine Block
- Reduced default Enchantment Capacity bonus by 5.
- Dormant Relics of Magic now give a 5 (down from 10) bonus and Ascendant relics now give 25 (down from 30).
- New config option for Relics of Immutability to apply multiplicatively instead of additively.
- New
books_remove_scrap_costandbooks_tier_bypassconfig options. - Firework Rockets enchanted with Rocketry now correctly account for knockback resistance on entities other than the owner
- Functionality for the owner is unchanged.
- Firework Rockets enchanted with Rocketry can no longer send entities other than the owner flying into the air
- Functionality for the owner is unchanged. Enjoy rocket jumping.
- Fixed an issue where crossbows would show a rocket if any rocket was loaded, regardless of position. Crossbows now only show the next projectile to be fired.
- Changed rarity for the following enchantments in the default config:
- Respiration: Uncommon -> Common
- Sweeping Edge: Uncommon -> Common
- Aqua Affinity: Rare -> Uncommon
- Channeling: Very Rare -> Uncommon
- Feather Falling: Uncommon -> Common
- Swift Sneak: Very Rare -> Rare
- Soul Speed: Very Rare -> Rare
