-Now when you are at max Tier all items counts as max Tier when attacking/defending someone -Fixed disappearing offhand and curios higher Tier items when worn -Added new commands: /tiers autoTiersItems/clearItemTiers/clearEntityTiers -Changed command for adding and setting Tier to player will now set max exp required for this Tier -Changed cd for chat info about attacking higher Tier entity changed to 10 seconds
