Balance Changes

• Now the starting wishes are: Random, Gunpowder, Friend, Diamonds
• Midas Touch: Now it can't transform Bedrock into Gold. Now, after a few seconds, the Golden Blocks despawn.
• Diamonds: Now it has a chance for dropping up to 1 to 8
• Max Speed: Lasts less
• Floral Walk: Lasts more
• Gems: Now, it can drop emerald from 1 to 5 and amethyst from 2 to 8
• Reach: Less reach but more duration
• Totem: Less chance to spawn
• Health: Lasts less
• Raid: Lasts less

• Ubar, the Genie: Added 2 new skills, changed arrow spawn. Genie: Now, it auto-despawn after 3500 ticks.
