- Made laser and electro sentries not cause knockback with their attacks.
- Added the ability to create permanent sentries by using a wrench on one of three blocks atop an Iron Bars block. Using it on a Dispenser will create a basic sentry, using it on a redstone block will create a laser sentry, and using it on a lightning rod will create an electro sentry. Permanent sentries will, as the name suggests, last forever, but they can draw aggression from enemies, and cannot be overclocked. By holding an additional ingredient in your other hand when you create the sentry, you can upgrade its max health and damage. Acceptable ingredients are cobblestone, copper ingots, iron ingots, gold ingots, diamonds, and netherite ingots.
