Added the Tuning Fork, a new weapon type that is a decent melee weapon, but also used to create shockwaves of sound and apply temporary 'resonance' buffs to your equipment. Resonant weapons will create offensive shockwaves a second after they strike foes, resonant shields will create defensive shockwaves when you block, resonant tools will have a chance to mine extra blocks, resonant bows and crossbows can fire a second arrow, and resonant armors will provide boosted damage negation. The tuning fork can be further enchanted to increase the potency of your shockwaves, make them happen more often, or affect nearby entities of the same type.
