[Bugfix] Spiked Shield works again in survival

[Bugfix] Phantom Bow shoots again in survival

Implemented a new animation system for the Phantom Bow, the animation is still broken.

[QoL] Changed each tooltip to better describe what the tool does

Added remade Armsbook, albeit it was hastily made. Will need a look-over.
