Implemented a new animation system for the Phantom Bow, the animation is still broken.
[QoL] Changed each tooltip to better describe what the tool does
[QoL] Changed each tooltip to include how the item is obtained
Added remade Armsbook, albeit it was hastily made. Will need a look-over.
Added Artificer's House
- set to spawn in mangrove swamps
