ace's RPG modpack

updated alex's caves to the latest version (candy cavity update)
removed passable foliage as it was more annoying than useful
switched world host for e4mc because although it's less practical it works much better
changed a few DH settings so that it works inside caves (mostly for alex's caves but also for caves that are big and for people who use a very low render distance setting)
