Army Engineer: Total Warfare

Main additions:

• QOL mods
• ComputerCraft

REMOVED:

• The air war (didn't work the way I expected it to be (launching rockets and stuff from VS entities))
• Create: Nuclear (It's too fixed. Doesn't give the freedom in nuclear engineering so no nuclear mods :( )

Small note for newcomers:

Different modpack versions WILL NOT work with each other. The version number must match as well.
