Armor Stand Skins

Head Skin, Lock Skin, Cape, and Cape Source now stay in sync for everyone looking at the stand. Making a stand Invisible turns Head Skin off immediately, and the toggles fit every Minecraft GUI scale.

Changes

• Flag sync no longer depends on a single packet; the stand itself, this mod’s packets, and Armor Poser pose sync are all used together
• Making a stand Invisible (Armor Poser or otherwise) turns Head Skin off right away. Turning Invisible off does not turn Head Skin back on
• The Armor Poser and sneak-use screens pick a layout from the current GUI scale, so the toggles stay on screen from scale 1 through 4 (including Auto)
