Changes

• Fixed Simple Domain and Hollow Wicker Basket being canceled instead of extended when entered again through a Technique Setting branch, along with exposed translation keys in related messages.
• Rebuilt CE consumption, recovery, refund, and natural recovery accounting, fixing duplicate reductions, missing recovery, and CE disappearing when activating Simple Domain or Hollow Wicker Basket.
• Fixed SURE_HIT and SURE_KILL attacks being stopped by Infinity, allowing only attacks with a valid Domain, owner, and assignment to pass through on hit.
• Fixed startup and runtime crashes involving Copy technique items, Six Eyes items, and PlayerTick CE processing.
• Fixed Great Serpent attacks causing a server StackOverflowError through a recursive riding relationship.
