small fixes

-config menu has more stuff!: a bar from 0-100% in loud sounds, tina_spawn and them_spawn. you can choose the amount from 0 to whatever you want.

-old_nether (hell) is back up again!

-admin panel is lighter and can be moved around!

-fixed teleporterdoor texture

-deleted the annoying fake chest log in adminpanel

-"sector-x" unlocked message in chat when a dim is unlocked.

-more clarity on the actual gameplay, some stuff was too ambiguous

-fixed player clone being a bit bigger than the player.

-fixed vanilla Programmer Art resource pack not applying correctly.

-general bugs and stability issues.
