AR1 Hide Password v1.0.0 is a lightweight Fabric mod that protects your privacy by masking passwords and sensitive input directly in the chat and command line. Every character you type in a login or register command is hidden behind a customizable mask, with optional ✨ coloring for extra style.

• Dynamic Hide Length – when enabled, the mask changes length randomly every few ticks, making it impossible to guess the actual password length.

Configuration

Open the settings via ModMenu or edit config/ar1-hide-password.json manually:

• Enable Masking – turn the whole feature on or off (default: on).
• Hide Length – enable dynamic mask length to conceal the real password length (default: off).
• ✨ Coloring – apply a ✨ gradient to every masked character (default: off).
• Mask Symbol – choose the symbol used for masking (default: ♯, only 1 character allowed).
• Masked Commands – a list of command prefixes where masking should be applied.
