Changelog AR1 Backup 1.0.0
AR1 Backup is a simple and reliable Fabric mod designed for manual or automatic backup of your worlds. No more worrying about sudden crashes, chunk errors, or failed experiments — the mod takes care of data safety for you.
Main Features
Automatic Backups: Set the interval (from 1 minute to 4 hours), and the mod will archive the world on schedule.
Smart Storage: Automatic deletion of old copies. Set a limit (e.g., keep only the last 20 backups) to avoid filling up your disk with unnecessary data.
Asynchronous Operation: The archiving process runs in a separate thread, minimizing the impact on server performance.
Notifications: The mod informs you in chat when a backup starts and when it successfully completes (these messages can be disabled in settings).
Convenient Management: Supports commands and a full-fledged graphical interface via Cloth Config.
Commands
All commands are available under the /backup prefix:
/backup start— immediately start creating a backup./backup delete last— delete the most recently created backup./backup delete all— completely clear the backup folder (requires operator permissions).
Configuration
The mod is fully integrated with ModMenu and Cloth Config. In the settings menu you can change:
- Enable/disable automatic backups.
- Interval between saves in minutes.
- Backup limit (the number of files to keep before overwriting begins).
- Show messages in chat.
Additional Information
Backups are saved in the
.minecraft/backupsfolder. Files are named by date and time of creation for convenient sorting.
