Block changes:
- Changed model of 1x1 painting
- Changed model of 2x2 painting Frame has lower depth now.
Code changes:
- Deleted old hop class
- Added classes for building blocks using layer property
- Split up several utilty and helper classes so they are more modular now.
- creative tabs are predefined in the core mod now but still utilized in the corresponding modules.
