AppleTrees Fabric Update

• Fixed Jade plugin discovery on Fabric
• Added proper Jade entrypoint in fabric.mod.json
• Split Jade tooltip and server data providers for compatibility
• Jade now correctly displays Apple Leaves information:
  • Growth stage
  • Ready to Harvest
  • Time Remaining
  • Mature state
• Tooltips now use synced server-side data (no client guessing)
• Fixed transparency/rendering for apple leaves and saplings
• JEI recipe support fully working
• Added optional debug logging for troubleshooting and issue reports
• Improved overall stability on Fabric
