New Version Numbers

We are already on version 3.x and this mod still feels basically the same as 1.0 (except, you know, the new apples). So I've made this version 3.1.0. Minor updates will be this number: x.x.X, major updates or groups of many minor updates will be this number: x.X.x. Now, about the other number (X.x.x). This will be for huge maybe game breaking updates, but for now it will be on 3 for a while.

Extra Note

Versions that are stable will be releases, and anything that is not beta/alpha is confirmed and will be in the next major update. A lot more updates will start being releases.
