Paper Plugin and Fabric mod to exclusively prevent flight and speed based hacks, including Elytra and BoatFly etc. Achieved without packet inspection or manipulation.

- Paper-side anti-fly detection got a major rewrite, with layered checks for ground support, air/hover behaviour, no-fall/anti-kick suspicion, and setback cooldowns.
- Elytra handling was expanded with separate boost grace, stall detection, no-rocket glide sanity checks, movement buffering, and durability-based suspicion checks.
- Added new admin controls for alert routing with /antifly alerts <off|game|console|both>.
- Added /antifly debug so admins can toggle live action-bar telemetry for movement limits and buffer state.
- Expanded /antifly status to show the newer config groups and current alert mode.
- Added in-game alert permissions via antifly.alerts, alongside console/game alert routing.
- Expanded /antifly set to support the new config keys, while keeping legacy aliases for backward compatibility.
- Added live Modrinth version checking through /antifly status, plus startup warnings for admins if the installed version is outdated.
- Brought the Fabric side up to match the newer detection and admin feature set, including alert modes, new settings, and version checking.
