[CRITICAL BUG FIXES]
- Made the config server sided. (the config can now be located in the serverconfig\tensura-reincarnated folder of your save or server's world file)
- If you have a server, UPDATE IMMEDIATELY. I won't say why unless you ask me directly [Balance]
- Lowered the sprinting speed of lesser and medium dragons
- Added Spiritual Attack Resistance to Dragon Lords
- Added water breathing and water current control to both types of water elemental dragons
- Added water blade to water Element Dragons [Quality of Life]
- Made it so that the mod doesn't keep injecting into the config over and over [Miscellaneous]
- Renamed Origin Dragon to True Dragon
