- Added a sepperate client config for just the Main Menu Override called "Titlescreen Override"

- Fixed Atmosine Crystals being the only accepted Altar Fuel
- Fixed Atmosine Crystals being usable as Altar Fuel even with Experimental Content disabled
- Fixed regular Aechor Plants found inside Sentry Laboratory Rooms being able to despawn
