Bug-Fixes/Rebalance

- Changed Kamikaze Cooldown to 15min
- Changed Phoenix Rebirth Cooldown to 20min
- Soaring Stride cooldown was changed to 35s
- Fix First Leaf Regeneration Bug
- Got rid of the snow/ice particles for Icicle Shard
- Buffed Fireball damage to be the same as a charged creeper (explosion damage 6)
- Nerf Earthquake duration from 45s to 20s and removed vulnerability and darkness as debuffs in exchange for mining fatigue
- Fix Spell Runes nulling spells
- Changed Calacite recipe
- Added froglights recipes
- Changed it so that Boss bars only show if a player is within a 48 block cube around the boss
- Buffed FlameCharge to 35 damage on all entities nearby
- Improved Widows Gem code implementation, instead of using an event that runs every tick, I just mess with modifiers when the trinket is equipped
- Rebalanced & Added Altar Crafts 

Content:

- Add base 9 damage, uncatalyzed sword players can craft
- Add pendants
- Rage Vial, rage effect, for every level increase damage given and damage taken by 10%
- Brood gem, +4 health points, +2 armor points
- Varnia tool
- Added Custom Armor sets (I want ideas for what set bonuses to give them, I originally had combos like [+dmg, +speed, -armor] and [+armor +toughness -speed] but these combos were bad and I dont want to mess with values like armor and damage anymore than I already do)
- ExtendoGrip, Increases block placement reach by 2 blocks (works in main and offhand), and +1 attack reach no one saw this last patch trust, I didn't leave it in on accident, might nerf
- Prismatic Staff, creates an aura in the place it is casted, regen 3 for 20s cooldown 60s. Only affects user and allies.
- Add mana regen enchantment for shields (bugged)
