AMCDB

This release adds some new features, as well as extending support back to Minecraft 1.19 and fixing single-jar support for all Minecraft versions 1.19 and higher.

N.B. This version of AMCDB adds new properties to support new features. If you are upgrading from a previous version of AMCDB, see the upgrade instructions.
