- Slightly improve railcannon efficiency (in terms of server tick loop usage)
- Railcannon now shoots faster
- Railcannon particles are now directional
- Increase boomerang throwing velocity
- Decrease verylongsword attack speed
- Updated Amarong Staff
- Removed tag staff_ignore and replaced it with staff_valid (inverse)
- Added tag staff_priority which uses the components from the staff's ItemStack
- Staff can now use all items properly
