Holiday upd!

Added:

• Configuration files - you can now customize the behavior of addon, such as forcing AM2PG to specific AM2 version.
• New holiday spell component: Fireworks
• New Botania Integration spell component: Fertilize
• Minor Easter Eggs and etc.

Reworked:

• Missile now will apply effects to block right before expiring (works well with Fireworks component)
• Some Compendium entries lore
• Grimoire now can jump into Spell Part's Compendium entry if LCtrl or RCtrl + click on it in search boxes
• Thaumcraft Integration Sunstone caps now cost less vis to craft but gives less vis discount.

Fixes:

• Fixed disarm+Grimoire/Recursion Ring dupe (yeah, it was for real)
• Fixed PortalDemon render in Compendium
• Fixed Compendium entries being unobtainable in survival
• Other minor fixes
