Added

• Grappling Hooks, which can be equipped onto Copper Rods to hook onto blocks and will pull you forward when you jump. The basic Grappling Hook will bounce off of walls, so try and aim for the top of a cliff.
• Sticky Grappling Hooks, made by crafting a Slime Ball with a Grappling Hook, attach to all surfaces, allowing you to scale taller surfaces easier.
• Both hooks can be dyed to change the colour of the grappling line, and a variety of easter egg colours have been added to the config file.

Changed

• All hooks now have consistent tooltips.
• Bait and hook tooltips are now shown on Rods as well.
• Durability is now prioritized on the bar of Copper Hooks over fill capacity.

Fixed

• Missing tag translations.
