Changes
- Common config was created.
- Added parameter to config "enablePassiveFuelConsumption".
- Fuel consumption has been changed. Previously, the forge passively spent 1 unit of fuel per tick + fuel consumption for crafting. Now this is controlled by a parameter in the configuration and fuel consumption is not summed up.
