Fixes:

• Fixed an error that occurs when a placeholder returns legacy color code (section)

Additions:

• Added /togglechat and /chattoggle commands to toggle chat status per player. (players will only see their own messages)
• Added %allaychat_chat_status% to check player's chat status.
• Added /chatmute and /mutechat to disable chat for everyone.
• Added %allaychat_chat_mute_status% to check server's chat mute status.
• Added Folia support.
