Aligned Nether Portal
Nether portals will spawn on the exact coordinates in the nether (/8) with the same configuration (+ guard rails).

- Fixed a bug where the portal would spawn 1 layer deep into the bedrock layers of the nether, when entering a portal from the overworld below the nether's bedrock layers. The portal will spawn on the nether's bedrock layers now.
