This update introduces physical dangers, combat utilities, and vastly improved documentation. The world of Alchemica is now more perilous—and more understandable.

⚔️ Combat & Hazards

Stonecutter Damage: Stepping on a working Stonecutter now deals significant damage. Crouch to work safely, or push your enemies into the blade.

Splash Milk: A throwable cleansing agent.

    Crafting: Combine a Milk Bucket + Gunpowder in any grid.

    Usage: Throws like a potion. Clears all status effects (good and bad) from any entity in the splash zone. Perfect for saving friends from poison or stripping buffs from enemies.

🧪 Material Science

Pulverizing: You can now process materials into fine dust using a Stonecutter.

    Copper Ingot → Copper Dust

    Iron Ingot → Iron Dust

    Diamond → Diamond Dust

These dusts currently serve as a foundation for future alchemy recipes.

📖 The Guide (Advancements)

The Preservation questline has been completely rebuilt to function as an in-game tutorial.

New Flow: Entropy → Distillation → The Vat → Timeless → Moonshine.

Better Triggers: Advancements now trigger reliably when interacting with cauldrons or picking up items.

Clarity: Descriptions now explicitly teach you how to perform rituals (e.g., "Drop raw food directly into the Vinegar Cauldron").
