Am I Up To Date?

• Now uses (and requires) FASTJSON2 Serializer for YACL
• Change the "Version API" setting to "Modpack ID"
• Removed the "Changelog Link" setting
  • Changelog is opened using your Modpack's ID now
• [NeoForge] The ignore update messages link is now clickable matching Fabric
  • I cannot for the life of me remember why this didn't work before lol, but let me know if it doesn't work as expected on certain versions!

Config will be auto migrated (unless something goes wrong, check your logs on first launch just to be safe!)
