Fixed compilation errors caused by 1.21.9 input API changes:

mouseClicked now uses Click from net.minecraft.client.gui instead of the old double, double, int signature keyPressed and charTyped updated to use KeyInput and CharInput from net.minecraft.client.input mouseScrolled retains the old double, double, double, double signature (no wrapper class yet in 1.21.9) KeyBinding category updated from a plain String to KeyBinding.Category.create(Identifier.of(...))
