AHZNB's Naruto Chakra Addon

UPDATED FOR PATREON VERSION OF THE MOD AND FUTURE RELEASES

• Removed most commands and added one main command to controll the features
  • /addonsettings - Controll which features you want active (Ninja Start, Starting Jutsu, Keep Chakra, KKG Reroll)
• Cleaned up the useless files.
• Fixed Chakra Duplicating when player died.
  • This happened because I was saving and adding players xp onto XP saved with /gamerule keepNinjaXp
  • Keep Chakra Feature does same thing as keepNinjaXp, but it also respawns player with 50% chakra.
  • if you are using Keep chakra feature of this mod disable keepNinjaXp gamerule.
• Added Crystal style to the Kekkei Genkai Reroll Pool.
• Added new Jutsus to the Starting Jutsu pool
