New mods

• Added "Fancy World Animations" mod. This mod fills the gap in some vanilla blocks like doors instantly closing and opening, turning them into smooth and not sluggish animations. There are other things in it so check the offical modpage for more info.

Updated

• Updated Fabric Loader from 1.19.2 to 1.19.3. This is not the minecraft version it is still on 1.21.11.
• Updated existing mods.
