Config changes

• Renamed Ship Building 101 book to Aetherial Islands Guide
• Cleaned up typos in and rewrote the entry on Relog Anchors.
• Removed template text on Basic Ships category page
• Updated and/or cleaned up all other entries
• Previously locked entry is now unlocked once a Custom Eye is found or crafted.
• Included default settings for Distant Horizons (Cave Culling off) and Universal Graves (set grave style to player corpse)
