Added upload function buttons for the Extended AE-Plus mod in the JEI interface, introduced the JEI recipe tree view, and supported mass recipe encoding and uploading.

- Optimized performance and reduced lag.
- Fixed a conflict with the AE2 Lightning Tech mod.
- Fixed crashes caused by using the NBT Tear Card to craft the Fusion Crafting Core from Draconic Evolution or bee spawn eggs from Productive Bees.
- The Redstone Transmitter Card is currently broken due to the fix and is temporarily unavailable.
