Highlights

• Added Folia support (via reflection; no hard dependency)

• Unified scheduler handling:
  • Paper/Spigot: Bukkit scheduler
  • Folia: reflection to GlobalRegionScheduler (execute/fixed rate)
• Safer LP hook: attempts LP API, falls back to sender.hasPermission(...)

Notes

• If you need Java 17 toolchains, target Paper 1.20.6 instead; this build targets 1.21.8.
