Arrow Pickup Improvements

• Added config option "Arrow Pickup Restores Effect" (enabled by default) — when disabled, picking up a cauldron-tipped arrow now returns the original plain arrow with no effect instead of a half-effect tipped arrow
• Picking up a tipped arrow now correctly restores the original arrow type (e.g. a modded warped arrow returns as a plain warped arrow, not a vanilla arrow)

Splash & Lingering Potions

• Splash and lingering potions can now be poured back into empty cauldrons and brewing cauldrons
• Extended splash/lingering potions (brewed in cauldron) can also be poured back correctly

Brewing

• Glass bottle now gets the same 25% duration bonus as splash/lingering bottles when extracted from the brewing cauldron

Config

• Added "Arrows" category in the ModMenu config screen
• Moved "Arrows per Cauldron Level" to the Arrows category
