📦 Aduxx Reports – 1.1 🆕 Added: 🔁 New /report reload command argument → Allows reloading the config.yml file without restarting the server. → Requires the permission: config-reload-permission.

⏳ Cooldown system implemented → Players must wait a defined number of seconds before submitting another report. → Cooldown duration is configurable via config.yml (default: 230 seconds). → Custom cooldown message with dynamic remaining time is supported.

🗑️ Removed: ❌ Duplicate report check removed → The old check preventing players from reporting the same player twice (same-report) has been removed. → Cooldown now controls the report frequency instead.
