Shows how many times they've been reported.
Displays the latest reason with full color support.
💾 Reports are now saved to reports.yml:
Persistent data across restarts.
No need to keep everything in memory!
🧠 Auto file creation – reports.yml is created automatically if it doesn’t exist.
