🐉 The dragon flies like a dragon now

Three things from the first flight:

• Hold Ctrl to open it up. The sprint key now works on the dragon: hold it while flying forward and it moves like something with a fifteen-metre wingspan should. The base speed went up too — even without Ctrl it is about a third faster than 0.18.0, and roughly twice a sprinting player already at the unlock level.
• It banks into the turn. Strafe left or swing the camera and the dragon leans that way, wing down, then levels out — instead of sliding around perfectly flat. The lean is computed from its real sideways speed and turn rate, so it reads as weight rather than as an animation loop.
• You can actually click it. A five-block animal was being picked like a half-block hamster: you had to hit the exact centre to mount. Now the click box matches the animal you see — the body, the neck, a wing, all work. Its collision box only grew a little, on purpose: a genuinely five-block-wide pet would wedge itself in every doorway.

Nothing else changed — same switch, same controls, same unlock level.
