0.16.1 - The dolphin escorts you instead of hunting

Two bugs, one root: in water your Mochi would suddenly abandon you to chase something across the sea floor - and the moment it left, you lost Dolphin's Grace and the tow, so you slowed to a crawl in open water for no visible reason.

• It escorts now. With you in the water it fights anything within ten blocks of you and leaves everything else alone. On land or in a boat the normal combat rules still apply.
• The tow only works while you are actually swimming. Bobbing at the surface with the impulse applied made you skim across the top of the water as if you were running on it. Vanilla's Dolphin's Grace has the same rule; now so does this.

Both are locked by tests, because this behaviour has been reported broken twice.
