🔔 Update notices, for servers too

The mod already told a single player when a newer build was on Modrinth. Two blind spots are now covered:

• Dedicated servers check for themselves. On start-up the server asks Modrinth once, in the background and silent on failure, and writes the answer to the console. Any operator who joins also gets it in chat; regular players are not bothered with it, since the server's build is not theirs to update.
• Version mismatch is finally visible. The server now tells your client which build it is running, and if it differs from yours you are told once, on join. A large share of "it does not work on your server" reports are exactly this, and until now nothing said it out loud.

Both obey the same updateCheck setting, and the mod still never downloads or replaces anything by itself — a running jar cannot be hot-swapped safely.

Under the hood the version logic now lives in one place for client and server alike, with tests locking the trap that bit it once before: comparing versions as text makes 0.9.1 look newer than 0.19.0.
