Once all charges are used then Perithyst Scythe will go on cooldown (can be bypassed by the new enchantment called Crystal Concious Crystalline Edge -> Shattering Strike with gives a multiplier based on how many charges are left (above half) Shattering Strike Effect -> Shard Synthesis which gives crystals when killing mobs Perithyst scythe particle and code optimization
