Added

• Tags in every registry list, so you can select whole groups at once (all logs, all boats, ...).
• Enchantment conditions for hand items, including an "is it enchanted at all" toggle.
• Player conditions: elytra flying, swimming, game mode, health and hunger thresholds.
• Waterlogged condition for target blocks.
• Regex mode for custom name filtering.

Changed

• Durability now lets you pick Above or Below the threshold instead of only below.
• Spectator mode is no longer hardcoded off — it's part of the new game mode condition now.
